How to withdraw funds

1. Submit a withdrawal request

To submit a withdrawal request in the moomoo app:

● Go to Accounts > Transfers > Withdraw

● Select the universal account you'd like to withdraw from and the withdrawal currency. Note that only Ringgit is currently available.

● Select the beneficiary bank account.

● Enter the withdrawal amount and submit the withdrawal request.

Notes:

● Please add a bank account under your name before withdrawing funds.

● You can withdraw funds from your Moomoo MY universal account to your bank account. However, withdrawing funds to other third party platforms is currently not supported.

● Your Cash Withdrawable indicates the funds available for withdrawal to your bank account. To learn more about Cash Withdrawable, click here.

 

2. Withdrawal status

To check the status of your withdrawal in the moomoo app:

Go to Accounts > Transfers > History > Withdraw > Funds Record, or click here.

A withdrawal request may have the following status:

● Pending: Your withdrawal request is being processed.

● Completed: Your withdrawal request has been completed and the funds are on the way.

● Cancelled: You have cancelled your withdrawal request.

● Declined: Your withdrawal request has been declined, view your email or app notifications for details.

● Reversed: The funds have been refunded by the bank and returned to your universal account.

 

3. Fees and processing time

The fees and processing time of withdraw requests are as follows:

Note: Withdrawing funds to any non-Malaysian bank is currently not supported.
