LittleSoldier : That’s only if Harris Wins the Election! So don’t vote for her and will be fine!!
LittleSoldier Capital Gains OP : Most Definitely , That’s a very insightful statement. Trump has his issues yes but when it comes to running a business or a country basically the same thing on a much larger scale, he is what America Needs right now and look if their was a better democratic then what they have I would even consider it, but the truth she is a disaster and frankly so is Biden. Just on a basic level things like Price Controls is retarded at best and would destroy free enterprise and the market. That’s only one issue. She has basically no policies of her own. They’re either copied and pasted from Biden or stolen from Trump and the ones that are hers as I mentioned above is disastrous!
LittleSoldier Ziggz420 : Possibly higher, it’s crazy how much influence and power companies can actually have, while the government can always screw with companies such DOJ investigations like say Google and others, but taking account who is actually running our government. Personally I’ve noticed the push for influence over the people ie media and social media and their are other behind the scenes but if you control the people you can control how they vote and who is in office running the so called government and world! People and I’m guilty as well can be manipulated especially the younger generation sad to say, very easily! Looking around it’s everywhere, on phones the tv, ads post, etc, etc. feelings becomes facts in people’s minds and are very very hard to alter the lies into the truths or vice versa! Personally I’m of the older generation so I try to take some kind of moral ground, of the way things were and how they are now? Asking myself are we better off. What kind of world will our Children live in and will be a better world or a worse off world than what I experienced. Because the world I grew up wasn’t anything like this? We had problems but not like it is now!
LittleSoldier Lets Gamble : Learn to spell first then vote!
LittleSoldier Joel Critchfield : Very valid points. I also grew up in the 70’s taking into consideration at that time we had Jimmy Carter as president, what a mess that was. Reminds me a lot of Biden. I remember waiting hours in lines for fuel for our vehicles. Those were some difficult times indeed. As you said things were not in place that are now. Back then you had to have a broker or ie 401k plan, trading was not done like it is today. Most of the common people never really bought and sold stocks so easily. Stocks were generally held long for years, and only the big dogs played the game! Today we have phones and computers and laptops etc. pulling in massive amounts of money and day trading has become common day things! This has created an instability in the market and will remain like this or worse until either new regulations are implemented or the whole system crashes. I can’t say financially which will s better then or now because I didn’t trade in the 70’s. Personally I’m a long trader and only companies I know will stand the test of time!
