        What is exchangeable amount

        Investors can exchange currency in their accounts to invest in different markets and financial securities. Listed as 'Exchangeable Amount' is the maximum amount of currency that can be exchanged at the time mainly based on the following factors:
        • Deposits or withdrawals
        • Stock trades
        • Trading costs
        • Asset settlement

         

        Example

        You sell a stock for $1,000 on Tuesday January 10th, 2023. The settlement processing time is the transaction day +2 additional business days (T+2).
        The $1,000 minus any trading fees, will be added to your exchangeable amount after the 2 additional business days on Thursday January 12th, 2023. 

         

        To check your exchangeable amount in the app

        1. Go to the Accounts tab
        2. Tap Transfers
        3. Tap Currency Exchange
