How to correct wrong information on tax statements

If you find any incorrect information on your tax statements, please send an email to tax@us.moomoo.com, and include the following information in your email:

1. Your name and account number (moomoo ID);

2. Screenshots indicating the incorrect information on your tax statements; and

3. Supporting documentation showing the correct information, such as screenshots of your transaction history and statements.

Once receiving your email, we will help you deal with it. Please allow 48-72 hours for a reply.
