        Why didn’t I receive the two micro-deposits

        Please allow up to 1 to 2 business days for the two micro-deposits to appear in your bank account.

        If you only see one micro-deposit in your bank account, your bank might have merged the two deposits. Please contact your bank to get the original amounts in chronological order.

        If you don't receive any micro-deposit after three business days, please check with your bank to be sure your account supports ACH transfers.
