Short Sale Analysis – Quickly Identify Market Sentiment

For trend investors, market sentiment is an important reference that determines stock prices movement in the short term. Moomoo provides free daily short volume and short interest volume that is updated semi-monthly.

Steps:

1. Open moomoo and find a stock, $NVIDIA(NVDA.US)$, for example.

2. Tap 'Analyses', and find 'Short Sale Analysis'.

3. In Daily Short Volume, you can see the daily volume and trend of short sales traded on the two major exchanges.

Long press the table to display the cross curve and view more details, such as the short sale volume, trading volume, and short sale ratio for the day.

Drag the chart to view more historical data.

4. In 'Short Interest', you can see the volume and trend of short sales in a certain time frame. The data is generally updated every half a month.
