How do I obtain my ticket?
1. Click CLAIM YOUR TICKET
2. Show your screen to staff at the Citi Field Box Office (to the left of the main Rotunda entrance)
3. Box Office staff will send a digital ticket to your phone through the MLB Ballpark App. Hints: Please download ballpark in your app store and validate your email address in advance. It will save you time in the field.
4. Present the digital ticket to enter the ballpark and enjoy the game!
When can I redeem my ticket?
Tickets can be redeemed starting 90 minutes before gates open, at the Mets Ticket Office.
What is moomoo Monday？
Moomoo Monday is an official collaboration between Moomoo and Mets, offering 8 home games on select Mondays during the season.
How do I verify my eligibility?
After completing your qualifying deposit, click the [Claim Your Ticket] button on the campaign page to access your ticket.
What is a qualifying deposit for free moomoo Monday tickets?
A qualifying deposit is any amount of $1.00 or more successfully deposited to your moomoo account prior to that moomoo Monday game.
Are tickets transferable?
No. The ticket is an exclusive benefit for moomoo account holders and is non-transferable. Each user may redeem only 1 ticket per game.
