You guys will think I am crazy. But this is an IPO offering. You Are not buying AUDDIA here.... you are buying Lt350. You have rallied on their news last 3 times and they were not even close to merging.
What is the structure of an IPO.
- news. non binding agreements. rumors.
- rallies on describing the product. capabilities. possible income.
- filing ( similar to the s4 they just filed )
- from the filing to the actual sale date there is this thing called " road show " where you go around to investors pitching the product and showing how much interest there is. well retail investors just showed they will run this thing 60/70/80 percent pre market on any news. this is how they will sell it.
we are the road show pitch. they will buy and hold like me. we will spike it.
I will end up with a 100k dollars of this stock. sell a little at a time every month on runs to make a living. Sh... don't tell anybody. good luck. don't do what I do unless you have 100k lying around.
