The Tubulars segment designs, manufactures, and distributes large outside diameter (OD) pipe, connectors, casing attachments and sells large OD pipe originally manufactured by various pipe mills. The Cementing Equipment segment provides equipment to enhance the safety and efficiency of rig operations. The company was founded by Frank Mosing in 1938 and is headquartered in Den Helder, Netherlands.
