Daiwa House to reduce profit by 16% in current fiscal year, increase dividend for the first fiscal year by 3 yen and increase dividends by 2 yen this fiscal year

Daiwa House Industries [Tokyo Stock Exchange P] announced financial results on the back of 5/10 (14:00). Consolidated ordinary income for the fiscal year ended 24/3 fell 6.2% from the previous fiscal year to 427.5 billion yen, and the fiscal year ending 25/3 is also expected to decrease 15.8% from the previous fiscal year to 360 billion yen.
