UBS: Raising Tencent Holdings (00700) Target Price to HK$438 Overlooked Overseas Gaming Recovery
The Zhitong Finance App learned that UBS released a research report saying that the target price of Tencent Holdings (00700) rose to HK$438, raising the earnings forecast per share from 2024 to 2026 by 3% to 4%. According to the report, the recovery in the overseas game business seems to have been overlooked by investors. Citing industry data, the Finnish mobile game company Supercell, which was acquired by Tencent in the early years, is expected to resume growth in the first quarter of this year, and revenue growth is expected to reach 82%.
