NoobGirl Jaguar8OP: they said is indefinite merger, and total value of both company will be 120m , Renoe 31% and Onkure 69%.
personally I don't know how to calculate but on face value seems like not a good deal 31% means around 36m, but today market cap already 50m+ so seems like is the value is diluted. I'm noob so I am not sure my understanding is correct
