Russia to spend up to $10.3B to buy shares in Russian stocks
- The Russian government has ordered the finance ministry to channel up to 1 trillion roubles ($10.3 billion) from the National Wealth Fund to buy shares in Russian companies, a source close to the government told Reuters on Tuesday.

Putin is asking a lot more, Gazprom has fallen, the western capital power is still strong, it seems that only if Europe throws in the towel, this guy will rise again. But now American and Canadian oil and gas producers can afford to raise prices in Asia.

I’m pretty sure the USA isn’t going to stop the nord stream so what happens if it starts pumping oil ? Does any one have any price forecast ?
