This stock is a better buy than other mapletree stocks given that its PE is 13 times the EPS and there is more room for the share price to go higher. When the ecommerce is booming, it boosts the need for more state of art logistics warehouses. This stock has a good prospect to own for long term investment, not for short term trade. This stock is too expensive to buy given that PE is 24 times the EPS. I don’t think the share price can go any higher unless the earnings can keep growing on yearly basis. Then it can justify for higher share price. This is my view. DYODD.

The week saw some relief came as we noted some buying pressure towards the end of the week. The Straits Times Index (STI) likely tracked global indexes higher as investors react to the possibility of easing inflation as seen from the US economic data which translates to positive sentiment for the SREITs sector. I also added the latest dividend receieved to the portfolio.
