Imperial Petroleum Inc. It was incorporated on 14 May 2021 under the law of the Republic of the Marshall Islands. The company is a supplier of international shipping services to oil producers, refineries and commodity traders. The company will own and operate a fleet of three medium-sized finished oil tankers carrying refined petroleum products such as gasoline, diesel, fuel oil and jet fuel, as well as edible oil and chemical products, and an Aphra tanker used to carry crude oil.
