GDS Holdings' Pujiang datacenter, which has been on the list for three consecutive years, has been selected as the National Green Data Center for 2023.
Recently, the National Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Commerce, State Administration for Industry and Commerce, China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, and National Energy Administration Comprehensive Department jointly released the list of national green data centers for 2023. GDS Holdings Pujiang Data Center was successfully selected as the national green data center in the Internet plus-related field which made the company on the list for three consecutive years. The GDS Holdings Pujiang Data Center is located in Minhang District, Shanghai, with a total construction area of nearly 90,000 square meters. It was put into operation at the end of 2021, and is one of Shanghai's first newly-built projects supporting energy use indicators. It is also GDS Holdings' first green data center in East China that practices precise management of green and energy-saving digital information and serves primarily in digital finance.
