AmyNic : I was just wondering what's going on with this thing
FANCY PANTSOP AmyNic:
There was a vote for another reverse split, so likely a pump before that goes into effect.
I've been watching this one for a long time (and lost a good chunk of money from it too).
The product is good and has a lot of potential, but their management is poor. I knew someone that worked there and their production team is struggling to maintain workers.
Unfortunately it's not a good long term hold, but these swings are nice.
Let me know if you want any more information on it!
AmyNic FANCY PANTSOP: You've done your DD. Thank you for the info!
FANCY PANTSOP AmyNic:
They fell victim to trying to make too many different types of vehicles instead of focusing on one before expanding.
The design was kinda ingenious because the majority of them are built on the same chasis with different bodies attached for different purposes.
They had the Deliverator for last time delivery solutions, like DoorDash. Another one for emergency response with a large water tank on the back for rural fires before (which you would get paid for having available to use). They had the Mean Lean Machine, which was a brilliant design for an electric (almost recumbent bike) but it never launched. They were also working on a rig for movie sets which a camera could attach to the back.
Their main attraction is the Fun Utility Vehicle, which is a zippy little open cabin design, which had a decent number of sales and they had plenty of inventory for demand.
They were doing a bunch of rentals for tourists, but that dropped off.
Unfortunately, because of its three wheeled design, it isn't eligible for a lot of government discounts.
Management has been silent lately, while their founder sits back and collects checks for doing nothing. He was CEO, got a DUI and stepped down to "Chief Vision Officer" (whatever that is) and basically gets paid for nothing now.
It's a shame to see potential washed down the drain...maybe someday if they can survive.
AmyNic FANCY PANTSOP: The should hire you lol. You went down the rabbit hole on this one. I love it, and do the same thing.
