I'd just like to point out that $Fisker(FSRN.US)$ IS going to be one of the vehicle manufacturers who will be actively participating in the BIG EV EXPO, kicking off just over a week from now... 
Imho, this decision ONLY seems like the sensible thing to do if a company has a plan for a path forward, and intends to do whatever it takes to make the plan work, with the expectation of continuing on as a going concern...
