treydonguiOP :
okay lets try to form this idea into an actionable process. but that's only if I can confirm that this business model is going to be very lucrative. although it seems like it would be to me I have very little authority or education to say that with confidence at this point. I'm going to attempt to validate it through random members who show strength in different precesses. experiment.
@knowledgeispowerful I'm trying to understand options on a skilled level so I can invest so I wanted to ask you first of all if this looks like a decent company and if so will we be ahead of the curve if we created a position now? here's my thinking if this is a good looking company I know you don't like to buy options unless they're a little further out so what would you suggest? hypothetically if you find a company before they break out that's obviously a great place to look for options right? anytime they're not hyped will lead to a better buy-in. is my thought process flawed and thinking this way?
treydonguiOP Dark Matter8: if you don't mind I would appreciate your thoughts on the question below also if you're experienced in options if not your thoughts in whatever your strengths may be would be appreciated. or just your opinion since it seems like you were randomly following this with me also when it was an unknown really
Jesus is lord : hope u have better days
treydonguiOP : thanks :)
knowledgeispowerful : well as you asked I did a little more research and now I'm a little intrigued I'm not going to lie I never look at biotech me personally I just don't like to trade them but after going through some of the SEC filings specifically they're 13d and I ran across something very interesting the CEO in December liquidated all shares in the trust and assumed ownership which put him the biggest shareholder of the company 32% of the exact of the market cap that is huge and I say this because one whether they'll ever admit it but they all have inside information that we don't trading I'll say information is forbidden but we all know they do it it's very hard to prove but the fact that he is 32% owner of the market cap shows that he has a lot of confidence and he just did it within the last month so my guess is they may have some big information coming soon and he did that prior and they usually do it a little bit before the announcement just so that they can't be accused of working off information that they shouldn't be I don't know if this is the case but it's definitely worth watching and keeping your eyes on because I have an idea that most likely they're going to be making an announcement to benefit the company very soon
treydonguiOP : "eyes pop open the 32% comment. still reading haha"
treydonguiOP : I got you 100 here. I really appreciate your time. but I couldn't ask for better content. now that we're armed with this knowledge I'll be looking a lot closer to try to find anything else that stands out. when I was studying inside trading this was one of the bus profitable indications along with obviously CFO transactions #1 I'm pretty sure. any other guidance on how we should look at this moving forward? or just being vigilant should be enough to see what's going to shake out? I know anything could happen but I'm riding on your experience with the last question. To see how more experienced traders think
