REIT on fed effect

. As many buy at peak curse it deadly.
however i am opposite buy at low so i praise it. first rate cut i never sell till now.
change of president and powell unwilling to go to give resistent. i believe the stuburn old man can handle him so i keep it to anpther higher for partial profit.
how about you?

My losses on US Office Reits

$ManulifeReit USD (BTOU.SG)$ $Prime US ReitUSD (OXMU.SG)$ $KepPacOakReitUSD (CMOU.SG)$
Made a bet on declining Fed interest rates to save the Reits. However, the US 10 year yield remains high and is expected to remain high next year.
Office vacancy rate expected to increase to next year.
Increased expenses, lower revenue outlook has made me cut my losses.
8% losses to my portfolio is not alot but definitely painful.
Lesson learnt for me is to not hold loss making companies...

Powell says no hurry for Fed rate cuts, how will you adjust your investment strategy?
