The three major blue-chip, Chinese property developers, $CHINA OVERSEAS(00688.HK)$ , $CHINA RES LAND(01109.HK)$ and $LONGFOR GROUP(00960.HK)$ , rallied 11%-14% to $11.74, $25.15 and $10.86 respectively. Traditional blue-chip real estate stocks soared almost 3-6%, with $NEW WORLD DEV(00017.HK)$ outpacing.

The Nasdaq leaped nearly 3% and the DJIA swelled 456 pts, or 1.2%, overnight, as $NVIDIA(NVDA.US)$ shot up 16% after its quarterly results. Standing in contrast, Hong Kong stocks opened lower this morning after three-day uptrend.
