Germany will invest 6.3 billion euros in the next three years to expand the number of charging stations for electric vehicles

(global Corporate Dynamics) the German government has approved a plan to invest 6.3 billion euros over the next three years to rapidly expand the number of charging stations for electric vehicles across the country as part of the country's drive to net zero emissions. The goal of the plan is to increase the number of electric car charging stations in Germany 14-fold, from about 70, 000 now to 1 million by 2030, with a focus on building charging stations in cities that are currently in short supply.
