Ukraine and Japan sign 10-year security agreement.
Ukrainian President Zelensky reportedly revealed that Ukraine and Japan have signed an agreement to provide the country with funding, security, defense, and humanitarian assistance. The 10-year agreement apparently also includes cooperation in reconstruction and rebuilding.
