The Hotel operations segment- Property development segment which includes residential and commercial property developments in the PRC, specifically Chengdu, Dongguan and Guangzhou; Property holding segment which includes hotel ownership and operations as well as investment properties held for rental income; Property financing segment which includes Loan arrangements. The firm operates in Europe and China, out of which the majority of the revenue is generated from China.
