J Trust <8508> announced on the 30th that its subsidiary Globels has approved a new listing on the Tokyo Pro Market (hereafter, TPM) established by the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Globels is developing real estate development business and real estate solution business as a comprehensive real estate company. Aiming for a new listing on TPM in order to increase the ability to raise investment funds for future growth, we have reached this listing approval. Glovels' listing is scheduled for 2024/6/20

J Trust <8508> announced consolidated financial results for the 1st quarter (January to March 24) of the fiscal year ending 2024/12 on the 14th. Operating revenue increased 21.2% from the same period last year to 31,554 billion yen, operating loss was 281 million yen (profit of 10.135 billion yen in the same period last year), profit before income taxes fell 94.8% to 563 million yen, and quarterly profit attributable to owners of parent companies decreased 99.6% to 38 million yen. The main reason for the decline in profit was the fall of 10.1 billion years of negative goodwill profit recorded in connection with M&A in the previous fiscal year
