The company was founded in 1998. It is a provincial high-tech enterprise specializing in R&D, production, sales and agricultural technology promotion services of pesticide formulations. It is a key leading agricultural industrialization enterprise in Shaanxi Province and the executive governing unit of the China Pesticide Industry Association.
