The company is a comprehensive securities company jointly initiated by 13 well-known domestic enterprises including Hongta Group and established with the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission on the basis of restructuring the securities business of three trust investment companies in Yunnan Province. On July 5, 2019, the company was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and became the 36th listed A-share brokerage firm in China.
