The company was formerly known as Sichuan Minjiang Hydropower Co., Ltd. In 1993/12, a limited company was established through targeted fund-raising with the approval of the Sichuan Provincial Sports Reform Commission. On 1998/3/11, 35 million shares of common stock were issued to the public with the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and were listed and traded on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on April 2, 1998. It mainly includes three business segments: cloud network infrastructure, general enterprise digital applications, and digital power applications. Main products: Cloud network infrastructure, general enterprise digital applications, and electric power digital applications.
