The company was founded in 1999 and established its first office in China in Chengdu the following year. In 2005, Shanding Design obtained the construction grade A design qualification approved by China's Ministry of Construction, and became one of the few “overseas returnees” design companies that can carry out full design business in China. The main business of the company is construction engineering design and related consulting services, providing services including preliminary consultation on potential development projects, conceptual design, plan design, preliminary design, construction drawing design and construction cooperation for engineering construction projects, as well as detailed services such as green construction design, prefabricated design, curtain wall design, and landscape design derived from the above services.
