Jianye New Life Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Jianye New Life” or the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, collectively referred to as the “Group”, stock code: 9983.HK) was incorporated as an exempted limited company in the Cayman Islands on October 16, 2018, and listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (“Stock Exchange”) on May 15, 2020 (the “Listing Date”). On April 19, 2021, Jianye New Life was included as a component stock in the Hang Seng Industry Service and Management Index. The Company is the largest property management service provider in the central region (the geographical area covering the central region of China, including Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Jiangxi, Shanxi and Anhui) based on the total floor area under management as at 31 December 2023 (“floor area”) and total revenue for the year ended 31 December 2023. Throughout our 30-year history, our business and operations have grown significantly. Our future is inseparable from the pursuit of a better life experience and lifestyle by the people of Henan. Our long history of operation has enabled us to establish a trustworthy and reputable brand, so that we can continue to provide a full range of services to meet the diverse needs of our customers and effectively improve their quality of life. As of December 31, 2023, our property management and living services covered 18 prefecture-level cities in Henan Province and outside Henan Province (including Shaanxi Province, Shanxi Province, Hebei Province, Anhui Province, Hubei Province, Xinjiang and Hainan Province), and we served more than 2.6 million owners and residents of more than 1,000 properties. We manage a diverse portfolio of properties, including residential properties, shopping malls, cultural tourism complexes, commercial apartments, office buildings, schools, hospitals, and government office properties. We were ranked 11th among the top 100 property service companies in China in 2021, 2022 and 2023. We focus on serving our customers to meet their diverse needs and diversifying the range of products and services within our coverage area: where they live, where they go, what kind of food they eat, and how to relax. We believe that our competitive advantage lies in our extensive lifestyle service network, in-depth understanding of market needs and data analysis capabilities. Through frequent interaction with customers, we have gained a deep understanding of their needs and preferences. Combined with our strong resource integration, online-to-offline collaboration and cross-selling capabilities, we can identify and deliver services and products that satisfy customers in our network, and continuously improve the services and products we provide to better meet customer needs. By providing these services, we are able to integrate large amounts of consumer data, so we can provide more customized services to our customers. The quality of our service has been praised over the years. According to the research results of the 2023 China Top 100 Property Service Companies published by the China Index Research Institute and the China Real Estate TOP10 Research Group, we ranked 11th in the “2023 China Top 100 Property Service Companies List”, “2023 China's Top 100 Property Service Enterprises in Service Scale Top 10”, and “2023 China's Top 100 Property Service Enterprises with Leading Growth Growth”. Furthermore, according to the 2023 China Real Estate Listed Company Research Results published by the China Enterprise Evaluation Association, the Real Estate Research Institute of Tsinghua University, and the Beijing China Index Information Technology Research Institute, we won the “2023 Top 10 Comprehensive Strength of Listed Property Service Companies in China” and the “2023 Outstanding Property Service Investment Value Enterprise Listed in China”.
