Jianye New Life Limited (“Jianye New Life” or the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries collectively referred to as the “Group”, stock code: 9983.HK) was incorporated in the Cayman Islands as an exempted limited company on October 16, 2018, and listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (“Stock Exchange”) on May 15, 2020 (“Listing Date”). On April 19, 2021, Jianye New Life was included as a constituent stock of the Hang Seng Biotech Services and Management Index. The Company is the largest property management service provider in the central region (“floor area”) based on the total construction area under management as of June 30, 2023 (the “floor area”) and total revenue for the year ended June 30, 2023 (this geographical area covers central China, including Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Jiangxi, Shanxi and Anhui). Throughout our business history of more than 20 years, we have achieved significant growth in our business and operations. As of June 30, 2023, our property management and value-added services covered 18 prefecture-level cities in Henan Province (and 101 county-level cities out of 102 county-level cities) and outside of Henan Province (including 7 provinces of Shaanxi, Shanxi, Hebei, Anhui, Hubei, Xinjiang and Hainan), and we served over 2.5 million owners and residents of 953 properties. We manage a diverse portfolio of properties, including residential properties, shopping malls, cultural tourism complexes, commercial apartments, office buildings, schools, hospitals and government properties. We ranked 11th among the top 100 property service companies in China in 2021, 2022 and 2023. We focus on providing services to our customers to meet their diverse needs, and to enrich the range of products and services within the regions we cover: where they live, where they go, what kind of food they eat, and how they relax. We believe that our competitive advantage lies in providing an extensive lifestyle service network, in-depth understanding of market needs, and data analysis capabilities. Through frequent interaction with our customers, we have gained a deep understanding of their needs and preferences. Combined with our strong resource integration, online-to-offline collaboration and cross-selling capabilities, we are able to identify and deliver services and products that satisfy customers within our network, and continuously improve the services and products we provide to better meet customer needs. By providing such services, we are able to integrate a large amount of consumer data to provide customers with more customized services. Over the years, the quality of our services has been praised. According to the research results of the 2023 China Top 100 Property Service Enterprises published by the China Index Research Institute and the China Real Estate Top 10 Research Group, we ranked 11th in the “2023 China Top 100 Property Service Enterprises List”, “2023 China Top 100 Property Service Enterprises Top 10 Service Scale Top 10”, and “2023 China Top 100 Property Service Enterprises Leading Growth Enterprises”. Furthermore, according to the research results of China's listed real estate companies in 2023 published by the China Enterprise Evaluation Association, the Real Estate Research Institute of Tsinghua University, and the Beijing China Index Information Technology Research Institute, we won the “2023 China Listed Property Service Listed Company Top 10 Comprehensive Strength Top 10” and the “2023 China Listed Property Service Investment Value Enterprise”.
