SF Tongcheng was initially a division of SF Holdings Group that focused on seizing emerging business opportunities for instant delivery services in the same city. On June 21, 2019, the company was incorporated as a limited company in China to achieve independent and corporate operation to seize the growth opportunities brought about by new consumer trends. On December 14, 2021, the Company was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. We (i) provide same-city delivery services for merchants and consumers and (ii) last mile delivery services mainly for logistics companies. We have rapidly grown to become the largest third-party instant delivery service platform in China. We adopt a full-scenario business model to implement full coverage of delivery scenarios for all types of products and services. Our services cover a wide range of scenarios, from mature scenarios (such as food and beverage takeout) to incremental scenarios (such as same-city retail, near-market e-commerce, and near-market services), enabling us to meet changing customer needs in response to the development and upgrading of the local consumer market.
