We are a building protection solutions provider headquartered in Hong Kong. Our solutions integrate (i) providing building protection projects with a focus on waterproofing works; and (ii) providing building protection products. According to the Frost & Sullivan report, we ranked second in the Hong Kong building protection engineering market. Our building protection solutions: Building protection work generally involves selecting and using appropriate building protection products in buildings for water, heat, sound, and/or fire protection. As far as this is concerned, we mainly focus on waterproofing projects. We are responsible for the overall management, implementation and supervision of building protection projects, selection and procurement of building protection products, coordination with customers or their consultants, environmental safety and quality control. On the other hand, we outsource all labor-intensive building protection work to our subcontractors, such as applying building protection products to the property and testing them as directed by us. Regarding our business in providing building protection products, we identify, procure, promote and distribute the right building protection products to our customers to meet their changing needs. For more details, please refer to the “Building Protection Projects We Offer” and the “Building Protection Products We Offer” sections in this section below, respectively. Our history dates back to 1988, when Mr. Lam and his brother, Lam Ka Fung, used their personal wealth to establish a partnership called Sunray Engineering Company in Hong Kong. Prior to that, Mr. Lin worked in the building protection industry for several years, while Mr. Lam Ka Fung was a businessman. Since then, we have started to carry out building protection projects and started our business in Hong Kong. In March 1989, Mr. Lin and Mr. Lam Ka Fung purchased shares in Karcenar HK and engaged in Sunray Engineering Company's business under the business name of Sunray Engineering Company. Through continuous efforts, the Group continues to expand in size and capacity to handle government projects in Hong Kong. In 2003, the Group further expanded its business to Macau.
