We are an established merchant billing agency in Thailand that provides a range of integrated payment processing services to large and small merchants frequented by Chinese tourists. Since starting business in 2004, the Group has been adopting and deploying financial technology for our merchant billing business model, that is, we allow Thai merchants to process various cross-border electronic payment methods used by consumers (including credit cards, debit cards, QR codes, NFC and other alternative payment technologies), obtain and transmit corresponding payment instructions to the issuing bank through point-of-sale terminals. Payment transactions with merchants will only be processed after approval. According to the Insight Consulting Report, the Group is one of the top three China UnionPay merchant billing agencies that provide payment processing services in Thailand, and in terms of transaction value, we ranked first in the China UnionPay merchant billing business in Thailand, with a market share of about 24.9% in 2017. We act as a bridge of communication and cooperation between partner payment network organizations, our merchants and consumers.
