We are a leading provider of video display solutions for pop music concerts in Hong Kong, China. According to the Frost & Sullivan report, in terms of video display solution industry expenditure, we ranked first in the Hong Kong pop concert market in 2015, with a market share of about 41.9%. According to the Frost & Sullivan report, we also ranked fourth in 2015 in the overall field event video display solutions industry in Hong Kong, China, by industry expenditure. During the track record period and until the last practical date, we participated in over 500 pop music concerts, serving more than 150 Hong Kong and non-Hong Kong artists/bands, including Kwok Fu Shing, Tsuo Lin-yu Lee, Leung Ching-yu, May Day, Lau Ruo-ying, and Cheng Sau-man. Over our track record period, more than 65% of our total revenue came from pop music concerts, with the majority of pop music concerts performed in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, and Macau, China. Our remaining revenue comes from other live events such as corporate events, exhibitions, sports and leisure activities, and other live performances, as well as equipment leases.
