The Group is a major general contractor providing RMAA and decoration engineering services in Hong Kong. The services we provide can mainly be classified as (i) repair and maintenance work; (ii) alteration and addition work and decoration work. For repair and maintenance works, our services include general maintenance, restoration and improvement of existing facilities and buildings and their surrounding components. In terms of alteration and addition work and renovation work, our services focus on the modification and addition of building plans and structures, as well as interior decoration work within existing buildings. The Group mainly acts as the general contractor providing the above services. We are responsible for overall project management, execution and supervision. When carrying out RMAA and renovation projects, we mainly focus on project management, engineering design and preparation and submission of technical documents, planning detailed projects, appointing and supervising subcontractors, procuring major construction materials, coordinating with customers or their consultants, and monitoring the environmental protection, quality and safety of the projects the subcontractors are responsible for. Our earnings. During the track record period, our total revenue was approximately HK$163.4 million, HK$279.7 million and HK$95.2 million respectively. Our tender process. As the general contractor of the project, we obtained the project through a tender process. We seek business opportunities by reading tender notices published in local newspapers and submitting bids for possible projects through invitations from clients or their consultants. During the track record period, most projects were obtained through tenders, and a small number of projects were obtained through quotations. Our license plates. The Group holds a number of construction-related licences and qualifications, which allow us to bid and contract with private clients. Fulin Construction, our main operating subsidiary, has been registered as a registered general construction contractor with the Buildings Department since 2003, and registered as a registered electrical contractor with the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department since 2005. Our customers. During the performance period, the main clients included (i) owners' corporations for private residential and commercial development projects; (ii) corporate clients for private commercial and industrial development projects; and (iii) institutions and charitable organizations. Our suppliers. During the performance period, our suppliers mainly included: (i) subcontractors; and (ii) suppliers of construction materials. In the past performance period, subcontract expenses accounted for about 83.5%, 84.2% and 88.1% of total sales costs, respectively, while construction material costs accounted for about 6.2%, 8.7% and 5.9% of total sales costs, respectively. Our qualifications. The directors believe that our success in the RMAA and decoration industry is due not only to our industry knowledge and rich experience, but also to our commitment to maintaining an effective management system. We have accumulated over 17 years of experience in providing RMAA and decoration engineering services to customers. In addition, our management system has received numerous awards and certifications. Our existing management systems have obtained ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, and OHSAS 18001:2007 certifications in the areas of quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management, respectively.
