The Group is mainly engaged in providing civil engineering services to the public sector in Hong Kong. For the year ended March 31, 2023, the Group continued to focus on providing civil engineering services to the Hong Kong public sector and carrying out its media and advertising business to obtain advertising and related revenue. The Company was incorporated as an exempted limited liability company in the Cayman Islands on March 15, 2010 in accordance with Chapter 22 of the Cayman Islands Companies Act (Law 3 of 1961, consolidated and amended), and its shares were listed on GEM on August 30, 2010. The Group provides civil engineering services to the public sector through Jinye Water and Jinye Civil Engineering respectively. Jinye Water is responsible for signing and executing civil engineering contracts and establishing joint ventures as main contractors and subcontractors, while Jinye Civil is responsible for signing and executing civil engineering contracts and establishing joint ventures as subcontractors, while Jinye Civil Engineering is responsible for signing and executing civil engineering contracts and establishing joint ventures as subcontractors.
