The criteria for receiving the above awards are mainly based on achieved sales performance and technical expertise, such as technical certificates and awards received by technical staff, while manufacturers and suppliers will also consider other factors such as the number of customer complaints received, user satisfaction, and measures to increase product popularity. Our long history can be traced back to 1994, when Sibo Hong Kong's then holding company Lenovo was listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange, and in 2001, Sibo Hong Kong became a wholly-owned subsidiary of North 22, which was listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange Limited from 2000 to 2012, and when Sibo Hong Kong was acquired by CE buyers through China Expert in 2004. We evaluate, design and implement IT infrastructure solutions for customers by integrating various hardware and software from third party vendors to meet various IT requirements and customer needs. Our IT infrastructure solutions cover many aspects, some of which involve the latest IT inventions as well as a high level of expertise and expertise. Key aspects of our IT infrastructure solutions include server virtualization, software-defined data centers, software-defined networks, decentralized firewalls, hyperconverged infrastructure, private, public and hybrid clouds, high performance computing, directory services, email services, collaborative services, enterprise liquidity management, network infrastructure and information security. By building deep relationships with suppliers, we provide customers with integrated and optimized IT infrastructure solutions. Our suppliers include well-known international and local hardware and software manufacturers and distributors, as well as their respective authorized distributors. We are Tier 1 or 2 authorized distributors of most major manufacturer suppliers in Hong Kong and/or Macau, all of whom are major hardware and/or software manufacturers in the global market. As a Level 1 or 2 Authorized Distributor, we are able to work closely with major producer suppliers and have access to their high level of support and resources. Through the resale program, we have received various resources and support from many manufacturers and suppliers. We will have direct access to the sales team and ongoing support directly from the technical team, as well as direct access to the knowledge databases of these manufacturers and suppliers to help us resolve any issues or difficulties we may encounter in developing IT infrastructure solutions. We receive funding and technical support from these manufacturer suppliers to organize our sales and marketing activities. Additionally, we can participate in training and workshops provided by these manufacturer suppliers. The relevant training and workshops are essential to equip our staff with the latest technical knowledge on the products and solutions we can provide to our customers. As a result, we are able to acquire advanced and rich skills and knowledge in the latest IT technology to provide productive, high-quality IT infrastructure solutions in response to the special needs of our customers.
