We operate our business through operating subsidiaries, namely Lianxing Chuangchuang Engineering Co., Ltd. and Hefeng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. Lianxing Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. Lianxing Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. was incorporated in Hong Kong in November 1998. We have been operating in the civil engineering industry in Hong Kong for 16 years. Since 1999, we have undertaken a number of civil engineering projects in Hong Kong, some of which are related to major public infrastructure in Hong Kong, such as the West Rail Line Viaduct, Route 9 Stonecutters Island Viaduct, Central Reclamation Project Phase III, Tuen Mun Road, Fanling Highway, Liantang/Heung Yuen Wai Port Control Point, and Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. Our main operating subsidiary, Lianxing, has been registered under the Hong Kong Construction Industry Council's subcontractor registration system since 2005. We have established a reputation as a professional subcontractor in the civil engineering industry with high quality services. The projects are well recognized by customers, are of high quality, and can effectively control costs, thus winning customer confidence and increasing the chances of obtaining new projects from customers.
