Fukuda Co., Ltd. (former name: China Tianyifu Holding Group Co., Ltd.) is an investment holding company mainly engaged in engineering construction business. The company operates five divisions. The Engineering, Procurement and Construction Projects (EPC Projects) segment includes undertaking the overall design, procurement and construction of sludge or sewage treatment facilities in accordance with contracts. The Construction Projects Division engages in construction projects other than EPC projects. The Equipment Projects segment includes projects for the procurement of necessary materials, equipment and machinery in accordance with contracts and the provision of technical consulting services to upgrade or improve the design of water supply or sewage treatment facilities. The Service Franchise Arrangements Division provides the construction of sludge treatment facilities and the operation of sludge treatment plants for a long time after completion of construction. Other divisions include the Group's operations and maintenance services.
