Profile
We are mainly engaged in the manufacturing and sales of particleboard. Particleboard is made of small diameter wood, branch wood and agricultural and forestry leftovers and other raw materials, so it is generally considered to be environmentally friendly and energy-saving recycled artificial board. Our customers are mainly home or office furniture manufacturers, sports equipment manufacturers and wood-based panel processors and traders from the Pearl River Delta Economic Zone, the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone and Fujian Province. The total annual production capacity of our old production line is about 140000 cubic meters. Our new production line was completed and tested in September 2013, and began full production in December 2013, with an approved annual production capacity of about 220000 cubic meters of particleboard.
According to the Shenzhen Zhongshang report, as of June 30, 2013, only 11 particleboard manufacturers (including us) in China have installed or are in the process of installing Diefenbach's press system, while in China, Guangdong Province and Fujian Province, only 14, 4 and 2 particleboard production lines with an annual production capacity of 200000 cubic meters or more have installed or are installing overseas imported equipment. Our main revenue drivers include (I) product competitiveness and a wide range of particleboard products, (ii) our customer relationship and market acceptance, and (iii) advanced production lines with large-scale production capacity.
