Oriental University City was founded in 1999 and is one of the earliest university towns founded in China. The Langfang Economic and Technological Development Zone, located along the golden dividing point of the Beijing-Shanghai Expressway, is 30 kilometers west separated by the capital Beijing and 60 kilometers east by Tianjin and the Bohai Sea. It is close to Beijing Capital International Airport and national high-tech parks such as the capital's second airport under construction, Beijing Daxing Industrial Park, Beijing Yizhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Tianjin Binhai New Area, and Tianjin Jingbin Industrial Park. A large number of Chinese and foreign companies in the aviation, service and information technology industries have gathered here. The university town is located in the core hinterland of the “Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration”. It has a unique geographical location and rich educational resources between Beijing and Tianjin. Our main business is to rent school buildings and dormitories to universities, colleges, schools and training centers within Oriental University City. In addition to the educational facility leasing business, we also rent out some commercial supporting facilities in order to provide students and teachers in the university town with a high quality and rich daily life. As of 2014/12/31, we covered an area of 731 acres (487,270 square meters), the total construction area of the school building was about 119,453 square meters, and the total dormitory area for students and employees was 166,267 square meters. Currently, there are 10 undergraduate and higher vocational and technical colleges and training institutions, and more than 19,000 teachers and students studying in the city. Contract colleges offer vocational training and academic or non-academic education courses.
