Timeless Resources Holdings Limited (“Tianshi”) (together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) was incorporated in Hong Kong on March 12, 1996. Its shares are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (“Stock Exchange”) GEM under stock code 8028. Business division The Group is mainly engaged in two businesses, namely (i) mining and metals business; and (ii) software and innovation business. Mining and metals business The mining and metals business mainly includes exploration, development and mining of copper-nickel ores located in China and metal trading in Hong Kong. Software and innovative business The software and innovation business includes research, development and agency sales of biological and nanomaterial products, and investment in venture capital, software maintenance and development services. In addition to these operating divisions, the Group has also invested in various projects, including e-sports business, nano applications, and smart agricultural solutions and services.
