Golden Throat Holding Group Co., Ltd. (the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) is a leading manufacturer of throat moisturizers in China. The Group's history can be traced back to 1956, when Liuzhou Confectionery Factory No. 2, the predecessor of Guangxi Golden Throat Co., Ltd. (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company), was established at that time. Today, the Group has developed into a modern integrated group, mainly engaged in the production and sale of throat moisturizers and other pharmaceuticals and foodstuffs. The Company was incorporated as an exempted limited company in the Cayman Islands on September 2, 2014. The Company's shares were listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on July 15, 2015 (the “Listing Date”).
