Zuli Science Innovation Microfinance Co., Ltd. is the largest licensed microfinance company in Zhejiang*, with a 44% market share** in Deqing County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Through a quick and comprehensive loan evaluation and approval process, we are committed to providing financing solutions with flexible terms to customers located in Deqing County, where commercial and agricultural activity is booming. Our long-term commitment to serving the local market and our strong capital base have allowed us to build a broad customer base that matches the size of our business. Our core customers mainly include customers engaged in agricultural business, customers engaged in rural development activities and/or customers living in rural areas (or three farmers), as well as small and medium-sized enterprises and microenterprises in various industries. We provide a number of loan products with flexible terms. The main products are divided into two categories, namely (i) corporate loans, including agricultural loans, technology-based enterprise credit loans and other micro, small and medium-sized enterprise loans; and (ii) personal loans, including personal business, consumption, entrepreneurship and other loans to meet the needs of different customer groups. We focus on providing short-term loans to minimise our risk, so most of our loans have maturity dates between six months and a year. We have also adopted a “separation of loans and loans” policy to ensure stable operations. Through strict and careful loan review process control, as of 2014/6/30, the company's overdue loans and impairment loan ratios were only 0.1% and 1.3%. Driven by the competitive advantage of Soli Small Loans, the company's net interest income and net profit have continued to grow since 2011.
