Huazhong Holdings Co., Ltd. (“Huazhong”) is one of the main suppliers of automotive body parts in China and has strong production, product design and development capabilities. Huazhong has more than ten years of experience in mold development and LPIM application. LPIM is a more advanced, more cost-effective, more environmentally friendly technology for the production of fabric-surface automotive interior parts (such as ABCD columns and roof canopies) that are widely used in automobile body parts. According to data and statistics from the China Automotive Technology Research Center, in terms of revenue in 2009, Huazhong was the third largest independent domestic manufacturer in China and the tenth largest major manufacturer of automotive plastic body parts in China (including domestic manufacturers and Sino-foreign joint venture manufacturers). In terms of vertical integration of business operations, Huazhong has always produced molds and tools for use by the Group's production departments, and is capable of producing complex or large automobile body parts (such as LPIM molds, bumpers, and front-end frames). The two types of molds developed by Huachu, namely the low-pressure injection molding mold for high-end car interior parts and the injection mold for the front end frame of a long glass fiber car (including medium-sized metal inserts), have been confirmed as energy saving and environmental protection after the China Mold Industry Association conducted an independent evaluation and review of relevant documents, molds and products.
