We are a comprehensive property management service provider with extensive geographical coverage in China. According to the China Index Research Institute, in terms of overall strength in 2022, we were ranked 13th in the “2023 China Top 100 Property Service Enterprises”, “2023 China's Leading High-end Property Service Enterprise”, and “2023 Leading Property Service Enterprise with Chinese Characteristics - Excellent Property Management and Operation Enterprise” and many other honors. Our history dates back to 1997, and the beginning of our property management services focused on properties developed by Ocean Holdings (China's leading integrated property developer, whose shares are listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange, stock code: 03377). Since then, our geographical coverage has expanded from the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to the Bohai Rim region and the rest of China (mainly in China's Tier 1 and 2 cities). We are headquartered in Beijing. As of June 30, 2023, we have 378 subsidiaries and branches across 28 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China. As of June 30, 2023, our total contract construction area reached 144.5 million square meters, covering 89 cities in 28 provinces, municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions in China. At the same time, we have 539 property projects under management in China, with a total construction area of 103.5 million square meters, including 317 residential communities, 74 commercial properties and 148 other properties. Our property management services cover a variety of property types, including residential communities, commercial properties (such as shopping centers, office buildings), and public and other properties (such as hospitals, schools, government buildings, and public service facilities). We also provide commercial operation services for shopping malls and office buildings, including pre-opening management services and operation management services. In addition to property management and commercial operation services, we also provide various community value-added services (including community asset value-added services, community living services and property brokerage services) to owners and tenants of properties under management, as well as value-added services for non-owners, including pre-delivery services, advisory services and property engineering services for property developers and other property management companies.
