The Bank of Guizhou was officially established on October 11, 2012, and is headquartered in Guiyang City, Guizhou Province. It is a local corporate financial institution established through the merger and restructuring of Zunyi Commercial Bank, Anshun Commercial Bank, and Liupanshui Commercial Bank. The Bank was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 30, 2019, under the stock code 6199.HK. The Bank's business scope is: absorbing public deposits; issuing short-term, medium- and long-term loans; processing domestic settlements; processing entrustment deposits and loans; processing bill acceptance and discounting; issuing, brokering, and underwriting government bonds; trading government bonds and financial bonds; trading government bonds and financial bonds; trading in interbank loans; trading and brokering foreign exchange; engaging in bank card business; providing letter of credit services and guarantees; agent collection and payment services; provision of safe deposit boxes; provision of safe deposit box services; provision of safe deposit boxes; insurance industry and agency business; fund sales business; and other business approved by banking supervisory authorities and relevant departments. At the end of the reporting period, the Bank had 228 licensed institutions with 5,418 regular employees.
