Bank of Jiujiang Co., Ltd. (“Bank of Jiujiang” or “Bank” for short) is a regional commercial bank approved by the Wuhan branch of the People's Bank of China and registered in November 2000 on the basis of eight credit cooperatives in Jiujiang City. The company officially changed its name to Bank of Jiujiang Co., Ltd. in October 2008. On July 10, 2018, Bank of Jiujiang was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 06190). Since its establishment, the people of Jiuyin have relied on tenacious beliefs, persistent pursuit, and selfless dedication, to become a brand bank with total assets exceeding RMB 500 billion, from a few small facets to 279 branches. At the same time, the Bank has continuously optimized its shareholder structure, and has successively introduced strategic investors such as Industrial Bank and BAIC Motor Group to enhance its brand image. The Bank has also successively received honors such as the “National Advanced Grassroots Party Organization” and the “National May 1st Labor Award.” As of December 31, 2023, Bank of Jiujiang (including holding village banks) had 5,429 full-time employees, with an average age of 29.97, 4,736 undergraduate and junior college students, accounting for 87.24%, and 685 graduate students or above, accounting for 12.62%. It has a head office, 13 branches, and 265 branches, and has initiated the establishment of 20 village banks, including Xiushui Jiuyin and Zhongshan Xiaolan. As an urban commercial bank, Bank of Jiujiang took the lead in achieving full coverage of the districts and cities in Jiangxi Province.
