We are one of the top 20 building decoration service providers in China, headquartered in Shenzhen, Guangdong. We have a business history of nearly 20 years, rich experience and a solid reputation in the building decoration industry in China, and have many of the highest qualifications and licenses in the building decoration industry. According to the Frost & Sullivan report, on December 31, 2014, there were about 21,000 participants in the Chinese building decoration industry. In terms of sales revenue in China in 2014, we ranked 18th in the building decoration industry, accounting for 0.07% of the market share and sixth ranking in the medical building decoration industry, accounting for 0.08% of the market share. In terms of revenue in 2014, the medical building decoration industry accounted for 6.6% of the total Chinese building decoration market. From 2004 to 2013, we were named “China's Top 100 Building Decoration Industry Enterprises” by the China Building Decoration Association and China Construction News for 10 consecutive years. In 2014, we were awarded the “National Construction Engineering Decoration Award Star Enterprise” by the China Building Decoration Association, and our brand name “Adway Edway” was recognized as a “Shenzhen Famous Brand” by the Shenzhen Famous Brand Evaluation Committee. We believe that with our rich experience and expertise in the building decoration industry, we are fully prepared to seize domestic growth opportunities. We provide our clients with professional and comprehensive building decoration services, which mainly cover four fields: (i) building decoration engineering; (ii) mechanical and electrical installation work; (iii) curtain wall engineering; and (iv) fire safety engineering. Since our establishment, we have taken on building decoration projects for public and private clients in China, including state-owned enterprises, government agencies and agencies, listed companies, foreign-funded enterprises, property developers and property management companies. Our projects cover a wide range of buildings and properties, including commercial buildings, residential buildings, hotels, office buildings, industrial buildings, public buildings and infrastructure. We worked as a subcontractor and worked on about 861 projects in China during the track record period (the contract value of each project exceeded RMB 1 million), with a total contract value of approximately RMB 7,010.5 million. Among the approximately 169 and 20 projects, the respective contract values exceeded RMB 10 million and RMB 50 million respectively. Some well-known building decoration projects that we have completed or are in progress over the years include: (i) the Luohu Port Cross-border Pedestrian Bridge air conditioning installation project; (ii) the ventilation and air conditioning installation project for the new Guangzhou TV station site; (iii) the interior decoration and building intelligent system project for Block A of Chongqing Publishing and Media Innovation Center; (iv) the building renovation project of Shenzhen Binhai Hospital; and (v) the first phase of the curtain wall project of Chenggong New District Hospital, the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University. In 2014, we received the “China Construction Project Luban Award” from the Ministry of Construction and the China Construction Industry Association for the building decoration project of Shenzhen Binhai Hospital. This award is a national award honoring the highest quality construction projects in China. In recognition of our professionalism and quality service, the outstanding buildings we undertook were awarded the “National Construction Engineering Decoration Award” by the China Building Decoration Association for the nine projects we undertook.
